1. Do you have a physical store?

We have a physical boutique which can be visited with appointment. You may contact the number stated in contact details to set up an appointment.

2. How do I know which size is suitable for me?

We do provide size chart based on standard sizing for Cotton material. However, it is best to always get yourself measured to ensure you are buying the right size.

3. What do I do if I ordered the wrong size or need to change size?

Yes you may, however it is based on appointment.

4. How long does the delivery take?

Typically our delivery takes 1-3 days for ready stock items, however in some cases it may be up to 7 days depending on the courier service.We could arrange on demand services such as Lalamove or Grab Express with the delivery fee to be borne by customer.

5. Can I do self-collection?

Yes you may, however it is based on appointment.

6. How do I get an exchange if one of my purchases is defected?

We do accept return, exchange or refund. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy below.

7. What are the courier services that you use?

We often use Ninja Van and J&T as our regular courier partner. There are times we would use DHL if it is required.

8. How do I check shipping rates?

Our shipping rate is standard at RM7 per kg for shipping within Peninsular. Sabah, Sarawak and outside of Malaysia depends on the courier services.

9. How Do I Track My Parcel?

We will send you tracking link and number upon postage is complete from our end.

10. How often will you have new collection?

Usually it is 4 times in a year. Do follow our Instagram page for updates on new collections.

11. What is the best way to contact Ethnique Team?

12. What are the available payment methods?

We accept Bank Transfer (Instant Transfer), Debit / Credit Card Payment and e-Wallet such as TnGo and DuitNow.

13. Do you provide cash on delivery (COD)?

We do not provide COD services at the moment, however please reach out to Ethnique team should you require COD service.

14. What is the product's transaction currency?

We currently transact in Ringgit Malaysia. We do accept Australian Dollars or Singapore Dollars we well.
